Unprofessional workers

I sat in the line over 10 minutes while workers and the manager talked to someone in the drive through that did not stop and place an order. I do not know if they had previously ordered but, from previous experiences, they've always had the car to pull up while their food was being remade. While they were talking, i backed up and left because i was dispatched to a call (police officer). I later came back ask if the car had placed an order, the manager lied and said yes. I had been behind the car the whole time and know that the car did not stop and place an order at that particular time. All occurred around 1000pm
