Delivery Complaint

I have been trying for over 3 months to resolve tiles cracked when my refrigerator was delivered by AM trucking. Spoke with Jake at AM, sent pictures and from then on, no response. Filed a complaint with BBB, they also did not receive a response.

In addition, the delivery wanted charge additional per doorway, the handle of fridge was on the wrong side and they said it could not be changed. Later found out in could... For a charge. Do not use am trucking "white glove".
