Sears - Big Disappointment - Refrigerato

Bought a stove and refrigerator from the Sears Outlet Store in Henderson, NV on Nov. 22. There were a couple scratches on the stove handle and a couple of scratches on the refrigerator - no big deal. Got a discount on both. Delivery date: Nov. 27. Stove delivered with a 3/4 inch dent in the side (no dent in the store) and the refrigerator had no back wheels. It had wheels in the store. We pushed it back and forth. The CARBON COPY of the physical condition of the stove showed a scratch on the handle and two fresh pen marks of the dent in the side. Delivery guys denied making the dent or removing the refrigerator wheels. Sear gave me a credit for the dent. Getting the wheels was another story. AFTER Christmas they call with the wheels... Give me a break! Over a month later. I bought new wheels installed them... Just to get the fridge out from the middle of the kitchen floor. Also, they sold me a dryer cord and not a stove cord so they traded that out after Christmas. I have not installed that yet.
