Fridge and Microwave - refrigerato

Bought a new Refrigerator and Microwave. I missed 3 days of work waiting for delivery. They kept saying 'tomorrow for sure'. Their remedy was not to charge me for the delivery, which was free anyway.

The wrong microwave was delivered. That makes 4 days of work missed to get the correct one.

3 months now and still have problems with the refrigerator freezing food inside. They don't care enough to get involved with getting it fixed. I want a replacement!!!
