Our business had fire recently we were in major shock having to deal with closing business and all the burden we had to deal with it was very unfortunate vics restoration owner show up at the property (fire chaser) who knew fire exsist came to us for signing a contract to retrive emergency services he will pretend to be your trustworthy contractor but be aware do not sign work authorization unless you are completly review by his ems summittal through insurance co we were cheated he lies this company will trick to make profit over insurance claim vic hires indivdual contractors to do repair and cleaning try to mark up extremly high on the estimate overall his workmanship is poor not adequate he will blinde you to make more profit on his pocket rather than providing customer with care and responsibilities. We were not satisfy with his services and lack of workmanship as of know we are considering every legal option to recover our losses if we would of known about this company reputation sooner situation we are in now would of been improved in better condition please be aware off vics restoration.
