This dreadful excuse for a company have ripped me off and no mistake. Joined up, have been a paypal member for years, registered email address etc. Fully trustworthy.

Despite obviously being a genuine user and not involved in any fraud, these jokers took it upon themselves to ban me for changing my address. Sent in a support ticket, they take SEVEN days to reply to it.

When I do finally get a reply it's stupid, innane doesn't even reflect the original query, absolute waste of time response.

Then have to wait even longer for an additional response.By now I've earned $15 or thereabouts on PAID offers and I'm entitled to some money. They say they need a way of proving my new address as I'm clearly untrustworthy by their lofty standards.

I tell them they would have one... If they hadn't cancelled my 'low cost order' which would have given me bronze membership (ordered a phone card for £1 to do so) So they've cancelled the only method I have of proving my address AND in the last reply I got the moderator was threatening to me, saying she'd 'leave my account like that and close the ticket' if I wasn't nice to her.

Well at this stage, I'm beyond nice. I'm into the realm of spitting bloody fury. This company is a fraudulent, untrustworthy scam and noone should touch it with anyone else's bargepole. My account is still locked for NO reason. I can't prove my address as they cancel the only method I have of proving so and the moderator is throwing out threats to permenantly ban my account because I take exception to having to wait so long to even get a ticket replied to, let alone my problem sorted out.

Pathetic. With a capital P.
