I am being scamed by this person that he says hes the lottery commisioner thru facebook n they say that i had won 140,000.00 but i had to send money to get money thru western unions... Two different names n countries... I never recieved the lottery money. They say that i did won but i told them to take me off the lottery lists n dont contact me again since 12/3 til now... They say they supposed to refunded me 4500.00 since i waited long time to get it... I was supposed to get it monday aug 13th but they kept saying that i need to send more money... I have all the proofs that ive send... Over 2500.00 but they will refunded me back 4500.00 since i never won... Im supposed to wait for the refunds to be send back to me thru weswtern union...
