He claimed that he was the owner of a house in Amarillo, Texas that was available for rent and wanted 1800 for firsts month rent and down payment. He claimed he was studying at the London School of Theology and would be back to Texas soon. He sent very personal emails about having a friendship with the tenant through Christ. Then after he received the first payment he claims to have talked to his lawyer and asked for more money. He kept sending emails after receiving the money and claimed he would send the money back by 08/15 after I rejected his offer. The money was never sent back.
