I found a posting on Craigslist for 2735 Grandview Blvd. West Lawn, PA 19609. I was informed that the house was up for rent for $770 per month. I was informed that he is residing in Alabama for work and he would like to rent out his house. I communicated with him via emails through Samuelkaiser228@yahoo.com. I have the emails if they would be useful. I was then contacted by phone through (Personal Info Removed). I also have the text conversations as well. This was a complete scam. The house is up for sale, not rent and the owner is living in Pennsylvania and nothing to do with the Craigslist post.
