I am complaining about this company, they hounded me to put a claim in Oct I didnt here from them till 1.8.12. TSB sent me a cheque for PPI in Feb six months later I got a bill for the above amount. They did ring me in Feb and asked did I get an offer I told them what I got then that was it. They are charging 39% of the claim which is scandless, why didnt they tell me this. I have spent the money and I don't know how im going to pay it, I need a copy of my contract with them DATA SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST.
