The Consumer Advisory Team failed to pay their Guarentee, after they failed to perform

On December 29 I signed a contract with the Consumer Advisory Team, LLC which stipulated that they were authorized to recover funds which I had paid by credit card to several different real estate/time share sales companies that were supposed to sell my Time Share Properties. Later I r found out that those time share sales companies were fraudulent.

The Consumer Advisory Team, LLC guarenteed that if they failed to recoup any of my lost funds, that they would give me a 100% refund of the #438.40 which I had paid for their services. When the Consumer Advisory Team failed to collect any of the funds from the credit card companies, I request a refund of the $438.40 based on their so called guarentee. My request was made in writing in a letter dated January 26, and also by multiple telephone calls. I have also employed a collection company to collect the debt owed to my, but so far without any success.
