When we arrived to the travel lodge and was shown to our room, we were very disappointed. The toilet seat was broken and the room dirty, the sofa bed was ripped. We went to eat and the food was awful, not very warm and had to wait ages for it even though we were the only ones in the dining area. Early hours of sat night we were woken up to noise outside and police cars and ambulance was outside so had a disturbed night. We paid good money to stay there. The staff was not very helpful and didn't enjoy our stay there at all and would'nt recommend it to anybody. We spent a lot of money there over our 3 nights so request our money back.[Personal Information Removed] I spoke to head office and would like the money put back on credit card
