My wife and I recently returned from a night at the Beaver Creek Lodge, Room 508 to be precise. We noted the following issues during our stay and I took video and photographs to document the state of our room. I also mentioned these issues to the receptionist as we were checking out but 'Andy' wasn't really interested, and I emailed Beaver Creek Lodge but have not received a reply. Unfortunately, I feel as though I have no choice but to let others know because Beaver Creek Lodge don%u2019t seem to care.

The light in our bathroom was completely hanging out of the ceiling and there was dirt all over the bathroom floor from the large hole it had left. The tube in our bedroom TV was so badly damaged that the TV itself was unwatchable. The sliding door leading to our balcony had no rail for the door to slide along, leaving the door itself almost impossible to open.

I spent almost $400 on a room for one night and while I appreciate that may not be a lot of money to some people, I can assure you it is to my wife and I.
