Approximately June 18 I received a call asking me if I wanted to sell my property and that they had a buyer. I had to send a certified cheque, I sent a money order for the amount to have their lawyers look after the legal aspects. They phoned to tell me they had received my money and that the sale was in the works. It would take about 4 weeks for the papers to come through then they would contact me. I'm not sure of his name but it was the one man I dealt with.
Retrospect is always good. If I had checked this page I would not be out the money. The phone number is not in service and of course, I have heard nothing.
