Update! Update! Update!
PLEASE READ THIS... I have had two phone calls from a new person that is in on the scam with TriCorp saying he is their legal counsel. Last week it was RICHARD PEARSON and today he used another name. These calls are coming in from Wilmington, DE @ (302) 290-1593. They are trying to tell me the sale is all final and ready to go and that I just need to pay a state tax (~$2,000). I was told once I send that money to them that my check will be released.

I hope everyone reads this. It is still a scam. Just Part II. Has anyone received a call like this in the past few weeks? I filed a complaint with the FTC.
