I have been phoned three times now with the assurance that my property has been sold. All I have to do is put $1649 is an escrow account and they will send me the certified cheque. The amount was $2000 originally but they 'found' petty cash so I could pay less. It was clear that Mr. Carter was annoyed when I told him I would not be sending the money right away. When I asked to have some written explanation sent I was told that they did not do that because my email might be hacked. They would not send a letter by mail. I am not expecting to receive any money from them but feel that others should be warned. When I suggested it was a scam I was asked not to insult them.
