Dishonesty and False Accusation on DAC report

When All Freight Hired me they made assurances that they were a good company and would give me plenty miles to make money. After 2 months not only did I not get the miles or money, one of the mechanics there stole some of my personal belongings out of my truck when it went in for service. The amount stolen exceeded $500 and I did not want to get the police involved but expected the management to do something. I told them I did not want to take any runs until we were clear on a few things. 1. The lack of decent runs and 2. Either my property returned to me or some sort of restitution since it happened on company property under company supervision. When I was not satisfied, I decided to resign. When I told my supervisor that I was quitting, he told me I was already under dispatch. I had not accepted ANY dispatch whatsoever so I disagreed. Yet, the company decided to add a blemish to my DAC report by claiming I quit while under a load which is also false since I Never picked up any load and made it perfectly clear I had to talk to management before being dispatched. I may be an exceptional case. The company might be okay for some people. But beware of your personal belongings if your truck is to be serviced. And get it in writing what miles they promise you.
