During my pregnancy I am prone to get blood clots so it is important for me to take the drug heparin so my doctor writes a prescription for the meds and I go to Walgreen's to pick it up and of course they were out of stock this was a Monday by the way and one of the workers said they would order it and and it would be ready by Wednesday so I return on Wednesday and they said the meds didn't come on the truck which I believe the medicine was never order so of course they said to come Thursday after 2pm and it would be there. Okay my boyfriend went to pick the meds up at 9:00 pm tuesday night after getting off work and one of the employees named Sarah who was rude from the beginning was there once again. Okay she says the computer is down the heparin is there but my insurance wouldn't cover the syringes so they would have to re run the prescription to see if it would cover the syringes. She gets the phone and proceeds to call someone but she apparently couldn't get through so once again was told to return the next day so I return on sunday and the same girl Sarah is there and she tells the same story about they had the heparin but the needles weren't cover so I said well I will call my doctor and see if they can figure out a way to get a diff needle or some sort of change because I have been up here 4 times and I could have been told that the 1st day and she sarcastically says "well at least it saved you from paying $400.00 on your medicine." No apology offered for all the misunderstanding or anything then she just walks off. I think she is a rude and unprofessional employee and because of her attitude I will not be returning to Walgreen's for any of my prescriptions. You might want to hire better employees that understands their customers better.
