Returned product due to becoming ill from drinking the shakes, customer service never contacted me to tell me i was denied a refund. I was told that the owner declined the refund but they would send me more product! I explained that it made me sick and i did'nt need more product that made me very sick so that would be crazy! The last conversation i had with customer service was i didnt return the product within 30 days, but that wasnt true! I called within the 30 day n received the rma # then shipped it back (they just didnt rcv it in the warehouse within 30 days, but i made the call before the 30 days was up and they have record of that! So this has gone on for three months and a manager refuses to call me! Im outraged that this company has been so unprofessional with this issue! Beware of idealshape!
