Ripoff didnt get the refund I was promised got 2 bottles of the product and no refund

I ordered the product it was 2 months late getting there. I got billed amonth before I recived anything. Then the product made me sick, so I wanted to send it back. They sent me a return number and told me how to do it. But before I sent it back I recived the next months shipment.

So I sent them both back and was told I would recive a refund within 2 weeks. Will it has been almost 3 months and I havent heard nothing. Then I find out they are in recivership (what ever that means) CP Direct is one of the biggest rip-off artist I have ever came across.
