I have asked to cancel any and all acct. Under luann burris as of 8-1=12 i call thier cust. Service number now 3x sent 6to8 emails to cancel was told i need to send 83.80 to close my acct. I sent them a ck# 1026 i did send them a ck on8-1-12 as they said it had to be there by 8-11-12 they have the ck but i still can't get them to cancel my acct. And i got an email saying shes going to send and charge my credit card i asked and set and called her with no action on her part nor cust service... Can you help me?
