I went into the shop and asked for a network 3 top up. The shop sold me an 02 network top up. When I returned home I realised what the shops mistake was. I returned to the shop and the manager said I asked for 02 not 3. He called me a lier. And refused to return my money. He said my problem was with 02 who had my money now not him. Then told me this is private property and threatened me with tresspass and the police
