No dura nada - Levi 501

I bought a pair of Levi 501's this morning from the Levis shop in C/Cucurulla, Barcelona. I commented that the product didn't seem to last as long as before and the shop manager told me, "Compared to before, they don't last at all" - "Comparado con lo de antes, no dura nada." I had already paid and I left the shop but realised I had been a fool considering that the manager herself freely admitted that the product was poor. I returned to the shop to get my money back but was told that this was not possible. The manager seemed very pleased to refuse my request as evidenced by her smugness and condescending smile as she pointed to the sale conditions on the receipt. Please be careful, Levis shop managers know their product is sub-standard and are happy to laugh about it.
