Sun National Bank
Stole $150,000.00 from me, Theres no other way to explain it

Business & Finance

We have our business morgage with sun bank. We recently sold one of our flower shops. Which sun bank used as calatoral. Although we were a little behind in our morgage, which we fully planned on bringing upto date, during the closing of the shop we just sold.

At the closing sun bank took all of our money $150,000.00 and applied it towords the princapal balance. We had asked for at least some of the money to pay creditors, but they took every penny. Now that we have sold our shop, we still have all of our creditors calling to collect, but obviously we don't have the money to pay. As a result of it being tight in our checkbook, sun bank returned a dozen checks to my creditors, and charged me 35.00 per check.

Thier just doesn't seem to be any justice. This bank that claims to help people, & they took all the money we were going to use to pay creditors, and then made us pay hundreds of dollars in returned checks and late bank fees.

We went to speak to them and try to rectify the problem, and the person paul massinna said thiers nothing he could do.
