Bought two policies from them. This is not the first home warranty company that i've dealt with. Early on, his company responded to warranty claims. My last one he responded to was in July. When he didn't pay a claim that began in July, and there were no return calls or emails, I began googling to see if there were any other comments. And sure enough, here we are. What a shame. I don't know if he was in over his head or if this was his intention to scam people. Regardless, it would appear a lot of folks are out their warranty service. It would be nice to know how many of us are out there. Frankly, I was never impressed with his company or the way they handled people. Just simply stupid behavior. I even offered to help him to advertise his business to real estate companies but he never took me up on the offer. And I'm thankful that he didn't. As I sure would have looked quite bad. Such is life.
