STAY AWAY - home warranty

I have had Conial Home Warranty for about 5 years. I had a couple small claims with no issues but i have not had a claim in over 3 years. I had a problem with my dryer and they are refusing the claim because they said i had a foil vent on it. I took pictures and had to have the tech they sent out write a letter stating it was not foil. I had to file an appeal and wait weeks. They then responded and said the dryer vent was not properly maintained and cleaned??? I have to appeal again. DO NOT do business with this company They will try to find ways not to pay their claims. Read other blogs on home warranty companies and you will see MANY comp[laints about this company. Stay away!
