Dealer list changed between two loan applications and evasive chat support

I have not lost money to the company, but I do believe they are a scam. I applied for a car loan twice with them. The first time there were actually dealers in my area, about 10 miles from my house. The very next day all the dealers were in Raleigh, about 30 miles from my house. The second time I applied, because after 30 days your loan offer expires, there was a whole new set of dealers and none of the ones from before were there.

When I chatted with someone who was supposed to be there to answer my questions and help, they were very wishy-washy. They said that the dealers don't change, which made me feel like they were calling me a liar. Then, when asked about it, they auto-fed a response about their loan and ended the chat. Very wishy-washy company that changes every day. If you are going through them to purchase a vehicle, please be aware.
