Aka Infiniti Of Columbus Ripoff False Advertising

A couple of weeks ago, I saw an ad on TV advertising bad credit auto loans. I immediately went to the internet and found their website and filled out the online application and submitted it. I am inserting their language:

I was e-mail back to verify that my application had been sent to Infiniti of Columbus. After a couple of days one of their representative called and left a message on my answering machine that "please call Dave Grafwohl, received your application from UworkUdrive and he had great news for me." I took this as meaning that they had a bad credit car loan for me.

I called and he asked the usual questions and then proceeded to tell me that I had a low credit score (they can check your credit in less than 15 minutes, I knew I had a low score that's why I applied for a bad credit car loan so that I could restore my credit). I proceed to give him all the information. No one ever called back and I have now guessed that I do not get a loan. It leaves you guessing!

What a ripoff!!! — false advertising — so beware people, just because it is in print doesn't make it true!

Does anyone know if I can report this company for false advertising??
