Check policy

I have never written a check at Target before today. I usually just purchase items with my debit card. Imagine my surprise and embarrassment when I was declined for a large purchase. Your check authorization company explained I have to build a credit history of checks under 100.00 for 6 months. I have excellent credit and never been denied writing checks from any other business except your company. I will be taking my business to Kohls from now on since I have never been treated that way by their company.
