Bad Service Already and am not even a customer yet!

I have spent the last 30 minutes reading NOTHING BUT COMPLAINTS on this site! I am only trying to activate my service and all Im getting are un-helpful people on the phone. I called our city water company 3 times, gave them my address and verified deposit amounts. When I went to pay, they told me Aqua Texas was who I needed to speak with. Aqua Texas? I have never even heard of them. So, I call and the lady who answers the phone tells me she will fax over paper-work for me to fill out. I fill it out, fax it back, wait a few hours and then call to verify it has been received. No one can tell me for at least 24 hours if the fax went through correctly, and Im told it will take another 2 Business Days for the water to get turned on. So here it is Friday afternoon. I have to wait Saturday and Sunday, call make sure they received my paperwork, and hope my service will be on Wednesday. If they didnt receive it, I have to fax it again and go through the whole process all over again!!! These people just expect my family and I to go without water for a minimum of 4 days!!! To make matters worse, the lady on the phone was the most rude customer service person I have EVER DEALT WITH! If I had even been able to understand her name, I would make a complaint against her as well. But, after reading all the complaints about this company, I highly doubt anyone even reads them. I hope I dont regret buying my new house just because of Aqua Texas!!!
