I agreed to the following “Buy 1 Aqua Rug for only $19.99 plus $7.99 S&H, and get a second Aqua Rug absolutely FREE. No additional S&H on the second item! ” @ Official website www.BuyAquaRug.com.
The night the web generated and posted a 66.00 fee I contacted USAA. The USAA customer service rep. Gave me the AQUA RUG 800 phone number. I immediately called the number and spoke with a man who said he was in India and could not help me because there was no record of my transaction. I called again the next day and the second AQUA RUG representative said I would have to wait a few weeks for the order to generate before it could be canceled.
I did not agree to a fee of anything more than $27.98. The web form would not permit me to review the order, does not generate a receipt, nor would Aqua Rug permit me to cancel the order when I contacted the company by phone.
Google search: AQUA RUG COMPLAINT returns multiple complaints by other people who have been scammed exactly the same way by this company.
The web page says 7 to 10 days. The USAA records will verify that the originating transaction agreement for $27.98 happened weeks ago.
To this date I have not received any product. When I receive any product I will return the product to AQUA RUG. This company obviously does not have any integrity.
