We signed a contract with this company to publish a book "Who We Are In Christ" in March. Many excuses for 6 months from them, book was to be completed by Sept. 2011. They have not done so, and will not answer emails, phone calls, or a certified letter was returned today that we sent. Also we filed with the BBB in California, they sent 2 letters to try and resolve issues with no response.
