Inc. Sold me a magazine subscription but did not deliver been 5 months

On April 16th a man came to my door selling magazine subscriptions. I finally gave in and ordered for my young grandson. I wrote the man a check for 60.00 dollars he gave me a receipt and was on his way I have never gotten any magazines but my check has been cashed. The mans name was Dan Earl
