Sold magazine subscription, cashed my check and have never sent magazine ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

Two young teenage girls came to my door selling magazine subscriptions. I decided to get one subscription for 24 issues and put it in my boyfriend's name. I have the receipt showing the check number I paid with and the amount and date. I do show the check was cashed, but since my order date of 11/29 I have not received any magazines. I have called the company twice to complain, but they don't ever resolve the problem. My upstairs neighbor has told me the same thing happened to her.
