Poorr customer service

This company has such arrogant service people. I called about a problem with a GW-1000u net server for weather reporting. My unit stopped working. After talking with the guy who seemed to be very disinterested with helping. He said well the unit is not working you need a new one. I said can you get me one. He said we doe not deal with retail customers try Amazon. Rude unfriendly extremely poor customer service. Last time I but any Lacrosse products.
