We ordered retoxor in April for the 30 day trial. Later we received the other package & was charged $179.98. I immediately returned it to sender. (as instructed by the company so they could refund our money). They said we would get our refund of $179.98 after waiting the alotted time of 20 days (which went over 20 days)& have yet to see the money back into our checking account. This has been going on since May. They (retoxor) keep telling us that it has been sent to "upper management". I spoke to someone a few minutes ago & she didn't even know the "owner" of the company's name & was unable to give me a direct number besides the 1-800-301-4797 that we've been calling. We are still getting the run around three months later. I also contacted our bank to dispute the charge. Based on our banks investigation they concluded that no error had occurred for the following reason: Merchant provided USPS tracking that showed the order was delivered to our address & that we would need to contact the merchant (retoxor) directly to resolve the issue.
