I called just to find out more about the product and the sales representative would not let me get a word in. Kept talking about the free trial... I had to repeatedly stop him and clarify what he said. He kept saying, "I will have you off of the phone in a few seconds", but kept pushing different promotional products for other companies. He kept telling me that I could cancel these offers within a 30 day period if I chose too. I received a package from Savings2Go. A 3rd party vendor and had to call and cancel this or i would be charged 14.00 a month...

Again He wouldn't shut up. I kept telling him I was not interested in anything other than the Retoxor at the time. After seeing all of the complaints on Retoxor, I canceled my order on 3/20.

Two weeeks later I received a package from them. Two bottles. I called the customer service rep. And finally convienced him to cancel this order... Actually i'm still not sure if the order has been cancelled...
