Rip off

I too was ripped off by the so called Community Law. My ex-husband had a Capital One Credit that I was not aware of and did not have my name on limit of 500. From 1999. We divorced in 2001 and Kaplan Law came after me for the grand total of almost $4500.00. I argued with them for 3 months that I was not the person on that card, they were going to garnishe my wages for that and still charge me interest! And I work for a non-profit organazation.

So when you go down to their office "thinking its going to be an office" well please take another person with you for it is not in the safest part of town and there is no signage that it is " Kaplan Laww Offices " it is just a building with a green large fence around it no office just a room where youtalk to the lady at the front window which has a bullit proof window. They are a scam with alot of people sitting at desks making threats to hard working people. I truely think they should be taken to court. They made $4000. Off me for something that didn't even have my name on it... Shame Shame Shame on you Kaplan (phoney Law Offices!!!
