I am a part time taxi driver, 30th. April i got quotation from J&M agent Onestop based Manchester Swan Street, Mr. Martin gave me a quote of £2632.00 annual, condationally as two instalment with in 4 weeks time. Otherwise premium reach to £3450.00 in case of monthly payments. At the time an accident claim was open and not settled, so i went with all claims file and details. I asked to calculate the premium as 0% No claim bonus while the accident was in process, not sattled. I paid cash on 1st. Of May £1320.00, and he gave me 4 weeks covernote saying after receiving rest amount of £1310.00 he will issue 12months policy. When i paid the half of £2632.00 £1310.00, he dialed to my previous insurance company and for confirmation of my detail he hand over phone to me saying that my previous insurance agree to provide three year no claim bonus, where i get more discounts. My existing insurance freeway took my details and told me that shortly after they e-mail me a letter which schocked me because the incident of 14th. May was pending and not sattled. Mr. Martin ask me to provide the copy of e-mail to him. I did so, where the freeway wrote that the sace of 14/05 is still pending and thay are unable to provide noclaim bonus, which was correct because the matter was not solved and still pending, which i already discuss with Mr. Martin J&M Agent. He after receiving cash of £1310.00 play a fraud tactics, and then he ask me to pay £3440.00 instead of £2632.00. I have contacted to Head Office of J&M regarding this matter. Where they force me to pay more £2330.00 and Mr. Martin ask me to pay £2130.00 more. Due to my poor health i work just 2/3 days in week to survive myself. I took loan to pay £2630.00 to avoid extra costs, but the insurance company have cancelled my policy, without any refund. I become jobless i can't arrange anymore money to insured my vehicle and work. I have all letter from J&M which they wrote me all have differenc amount ask me to pay. I request you to investigate this matter in light of their letter which i can provide on demand. I hope for a justified action should taken otherwise i have no option then apply jobseeker allowance because i am unable to work and I have to pay the family loan i took for cash insurance payment.
