Groupon has nor provided the product - Kodak Essential Single or Dual USB Power Pack

Order this product (Kodak Essential Single or Dual USB Power Pack) over a month ago and have not received it even though I have been charged for it. I called Groupon and they said I could not get a refund and had to just weight until the manufactor sent it.
