Ripoff Fraudulent Sale Offer and BILLING on 1G Memory Card

Electronics and household app.

I am totally disgusted with the Kodak Corporation right now. My main issue is that my credit card was charged MORE than the agreed upon price when I made my online order. Is that legal?

1) I tried over and over to order online after I received an e-mail stating sale on the 1G card for 25$. Kodak.com was DOWN for at least 3 days.

2) I tried again on Sunday (last day of sale) and the site was up. I then get to the "submit" button and the site goes down again. No transaction was performed. But this time I got the 800 # from your site.

3) I now call the 800 # and order the 1G card for 25$, the Kodak Customer Rep says his "system" is down and he will take the information manually and input in his system later. The Kodak customer rep and I made a made a VERBAL COMMITMENT when I placed the order I would get the sale price for 25$.

4) Today I get an email order conformation from Kodak stating I will be charged 84.73$... What is this?
I never committed to anything over the phone but the 25$ charge, how can Kodak just up the cost and charge my credit card more money by 40$!???

5) I called again and the Kodak customer rep said she would give me the sale price after all, she made it sound as if she was doing me a favor! This has cost me way too much time and effort, and I won't shop online or via phone with Kodak again.
