Tax Resources has provided excellent service - Audit Insurance

We have been doing our taxes with TurboTax and paying $35-40 for audit insurance for years, but did not need their service until last year. Our rep has been totally on top of our case and so patient. She almost always answers the phone when I call or calls back shortly. She has the details of our case in her memory, and always has time to go over all my questions, rational or not! I'm not sure how many years we've been paying Tax Resources, but I am sure that even if it's 12 years, this kind of service and attention would have cost us many times more elsewhere. I strongly recommend Tax Resources, especially for audit insurance if you use Turbotax.
