Hi all:

I am not sure who everyone worked with at TRI, but I recently had an excellent experience with them. They actually followed up with me regarding my case that exceeded my expectations. The coordinator was intent on contacting me asap. She left messages with me every day until I returned her call. The audit representative followed up shortly there-after. As some audits take some time, they asked me to call the IRS for a 30 day extension. That actually helped us all get the correct documentation in order. They sent letters on my behalf and helped resolve the discrepancy and saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in fees, penalties and taxes that I did not really owe. - No this is not a paid enforcement. The $39 that I paid was well worth it.
