Empire does not stand by their product nor work

I had empire today install flooring in my home last year. The kitchen floor was not laid right or the cement/glue used was inferior. The floor kept on bubbling. Empire came to my house 4 separate times to fix the problem, It was never fixed. I again had to call them 8/3 about the bubbling. They informed me that a sertvice fee of $90 plus for any work done. I told them of the history and asked if I could speak to someone else perhaps a supervisor. The woman told me that the charge was valid since it was past the guarantee time frame. I finally got that my guarantee ended 7/21. I called 8/3. Two weeks after the fact. No way am I using this company again. The ads are misleading if not down right fraudulent. LOusy material, lousy customer service.
