Normal phone wait for me has been 25 minutes or longer! I usually put the phone on speaker mode so I don't have to waste time! Today the wait was 30 minutes. The rep said they are hiring new people (?) Ha! And, the best time to call is AFTER 7 PM!!! What about the rest of the day? Calling the BBB now! It's bad enough my dog is sick - I don't have time for this nonsense...
