Excess payment of renewal

Dear Sir
I am using Majic Jack since more than five years. I have been paying annual renewals regularly. Since Dec the instrument stopped functioning stating no connection with 911 or 411. I could never join any calls since then. I tried for free phone call services using the same instrument by paying requisite charges online in August. Money was deducted but I could not get through any phone calls. Despite complaints to customer care no response was available.
Now you have auto charged me recently even though I have never opted for auto renewal. Now I am to request you to kindly see details of my account and arrange to refund excess payment at the earliest.
