Joseph Spina made an estimate of $1,000 to do electrical work for our above ground pool. We gave a deposit of $500 on July 24th. On July 30, the emailed us that they will work on August 1 & 3. On August 1, Joseph comes to the house, looks @ the pool and said he needs more digging to do, send us an email that night stating he will add $800 to the original estimate as he needs more material, more digging and an extra man. We emailed him on August 2 that we do not want to use his company anymore. On August 3rd, he came by to give us the materials that they got that were non-returnable (not worth $100, to me) and stated they will call it even... I am strongly giving this advice... Do not use this Spina Electric company at all!!!
