Refusal to do estimate for handicap person

I am a handicapped person in a wheelchair. I called Bruce Electric to get an estimate to move my laundry from the basement to a spare bedroom. Mr. Bruce's son came out on Wed. Aug 24. I told him the MS Society may help me pay for the work, but if not, I would be paying for it myself. He said it would be no problem to do the work and would get to me in a day or so. I called today, Tuesday August 30, and spoke to Mr Bruce senior. He was very rude.

I told him I had not heard back from them. He said "and you are not going to either." He said they do not work with outside agencies such as MS Society. I told him it looked as if I would be paying for the work myself. He said I had wasted their time getting an estimate since I was probably looking for the lowest price. I told him I would have no idea how much something like that would cost and would need to know. He repeated that I wasted their time and i COULD FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Just want to make other customers aware before they call of the lousy customer service and rude personality. This man knew I was handicapped and needed help, and was still that rude and refused service.
