Missed Technician Appointments Three Weekends and a $242.67 Bill

Comcast was supposed to come out to my house on July 2.. No show they called me at 7:28 am said someone will be out this went on for three weekends and the last incident was August 5 they again called me said someone will be out during the hours or 9-11 am again no tech showed up, mind you I keep taking off from work to be here when the tech gets here but three times they never showed up.

Now here's the kicker they sends me a bill for 242.67 due on August 6, heck I don't have all the services I'm being charged for. This company sucks. I rather die than to deal with them. And they have a nasty attitude when I call and complain to them. And I lost my job for calling in three weekends with the same story of why I needed off. They said it was unapproved and unacceptable
