I was telephoned by fast quid today, iwas told by sending them £70 ucash voucher i would recieve the £1,500 in my bank they were ofering me within 15 minutes. This was at about 10 45 am and i was told i'd get a call back at 12pm to let me know that it was in. That call didn't come so i rang them, then i was fobbed off with the tale there was a problem with ucash cheques going through, then after i rang again i was told the amount i wanted couldn't go in untill they recieved another £250 off me becouse i have poor credit. When i told them it was a impossibility for me to send that amount, iwas told the manager would do me the favour of putting £100 in for me, and it was sugested by this person that i borrow the rest andby this time i knew i had been done, becouse when i declined the loan and asked for my £70 back imediatly, they said i couldn'tget it back for at least 25 days, when i hit the roof over the phone i was told becouse of me being abusve they would make it 30 days, very profesional, i don't think, however i'v been to the police station, they have told me i need to give it the 25 days, and if i havn't recieved my money back by then, i need to contact action on fraud 0300 123 2040 also trading standards 030 123 4045. I hope by going public with this, it will stop others getting ripped off.
